God I miss this place. Can't believe it has been 10 years since graduation. I hope this place continues on for many years to come.
MoreNeat place and atmosphere. Food was eh, but it was gameday.
Fantastic ambiance and great food. You could spend hours looking at everything.
Love this restaurant. While working at the stadium for a few months we frequently ate lunch here. Even with the panic of covid19 this place stayed the course and continued to bring a sense of normalcy to each customer. Will miss the burgers and onion rings now that we are done on our part of the construction.
MoreA very friendly place with great burgers and breakfast fare. The walls are covered with Crimson Tide memorabilia, and if you are a college football fan, you will be intrigued by the plethora of balls, helmets, jerseys, and press clippings: in addition to receiving a great-tasting hamburger. Went here for breakfast and had no problem being promptly seated. The food is good, reasonably price and just a short wait for the food to arrive at your table. If you are an Alabama fan this is the place for you. There is a lot of UA memorabilia here, but then again you can find a lot of that in almost any place in Tuscaloosa.
MoreGreat iconic place to eat when in Tuscaloosa. A little long to wait but the hamburgers are old fashioned and very good!
MoreThe SEC Championship Breakfast is without question a championship caliber meal
Be careful! My son ate there yesterday and his meal was $10.51. He paid by credit card, but the guy said they were “out” of Reciept paper. My son thought he saw the manager type in $23 something... so he called us. We signed in and checked our pending credit card charge and YEP, the guy way over charged us. My son went back with a picture of the charge and his original Reciept. The guy just gave him the difference in cash.... here is the scary part... he has learned this happens ALL the time at this location. He is an RA on campus and he was telling someone about what happened.... and it turns outIt has happened more than not. shame on them!
MoreThis place is the best! Most amazing burgers and onion rings on the planet!
Such a fun tradition to go to before or after the game! Great atmosphere with a ton of Alabama memorabilia. The burgers are nice and juicy and their milk shakes are on point! This place never seems to disappoint in the many years that I have been going.
MoreThis is an icon and tradition of alabama football. To eat a bratwurst here before the game is a tradition. Food is good too!
MoreI loved the atmosphere of the place but was very disappointed with the service and quality of the food. I order a grilled chicken expecting fries and Texas toast like it says on the menu and paid $8 for just the sandwich. I got the sandwich after a 30 min wait and it wasn't even hot. The bun was cold the lettuce was white and it looked like they cut the tomato in half when they put it on the sandwich
MoreIt just isn’t the same as it use to be. Last three times I have gone my order had an issue. Twice my food had hair in it. The food quality is okay, but use to be a lot better. Overall just isn’t worth the hassle of the wait, reordering and finding parking.
MoreClassic grill. Great hearty breakfast plates made speedily with lots of love. The burgers are exactly what you expect ; superb! The atmosphere is all University of Alabama, ROLL TIDE!
MoreI had thezNational Championship burger and my wife had green tomato BLT both were ridiculously fantastic. The service was phenomenal. It is definitely must go place.
MoreGreat atmosphere, great food, and for the locals it's one of the favorite hangouts!
MoreBest Burgers! Roll Tide!
An absolute MUST, when you’re in Tuscaloosa!!! Gameday can be CRAZY, but it can be done if you get there early enough... You get PLENTY of food in your order and that National Championship Burger with 17 slices of bacon??? YUMMMderful©️!!!
MoreLocal iconic “hole-in-the-wall” right beside the stadium. Alabama football memorabilia is everywhere! Food is great. Try the onion rings.
MoreIt's have great food it is a place to eat
It was an amazing experience stop by to the iconic restaurant on a game day.It was full of people but still amazing service, if you're an Alabama fan is worth it stop by and enjoy the food and atmosphere.
MoreAtmosphere was great for game day! They charged us twice the menu price and smiled and giggled when they did it. Only because of the location and history is this place open I assume. Next time we will just go there to walk in, look around and check in on Facebook so we can say we were there. We want be purchasing anything there. Tourist trap. Roll Tide Roll
MoreA visit to Tuscaloosa isn't complete without a so at Rama Jamas... got to introduce my wife and youngest daughter to their awesome cheeseburgers and fries on this stop. A long time favorite!
MoreFriendly staff. Good food. No blueberries.😁
Great food, friendly staff, clean and fast. Lots of awesome memorabilia from the tide. Loved the milkshakes. And my burger and fries were delicious! I love crinkle cut ff!!! Roll tide baby!!!
MoreLoved the friendly staff and the food was great
This is the best burger I have found in Tuscaloosa. I always make it one of my stops when in town.
MoreCause it was friendly great food and at the best university in Alabama
If you love Alabama football this is a must visit place!
Excellent burgers. Very freshly cooked meat, delicious fries, onion rings and milkshakes. Plenty of parking on both sides of the building. Must go on your next visit to Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
MoreI am doing construction here in Alabama at the University of Alabama Stadium and go here for lunch everday... This place is AWESOME!!!!Best and most Friendly people....If you want good Folk and good Food definitely come here you will not be disappointed
MoreGreat food and great atmosphere on game day
Nice customer service on the front end. Half our group didn’t get their food for 45 min. No apologies and the orders were wrong. Super disappointed.
MoreAwesome place to eat with lots of history housed inside! Check out the National Championship BLT (pictured with SEVENTEEN slices of bacon)!!
MoreWe've meant to visit this place for years and finally got the opportunity to do so. There's loads of memorabilia that fans of Alabama football will appreciate. The food is good, but the experience is better.
MoreOne of the best BLTs that I have had ... and in January! I enjoyed the small version, but there is a jumbo one. Very casual, "Roll Tide" atmosphere.
MoreI dined here for lunch today while I was in the area.My Swiss mushroom cheeseburger was great and the fries were good also.Had to dine outside but it was a nice day and the service was good and fast.Only problem was the tea was too sweet and tasted like it was stale but the food was great
MoreAwesome burger. Felt bad coming in close to closing but they stayed and let us eat
MoreWow. If six stars were only an option. This place is an Alabama cultural icon for a reason. It is the second time I have experienced Rama Jama's. The first was on a game day fall of 2018. The second on a quiet Thursday morning in August. The experience was the same. The staff is friendly and efficient. There is wonderful memorabilia everywhere you look. The food is very well prepared with large portions. They love there customers and their university. Stop by for breakfast and you will not be sorry.
MoreDelicious southern food. The chicken biscuits are my fav.
Full of Bama tradition! Right across from stadium. Great burger, got to meet Jay Barker, who was doing his radio show from there.
MoreRammer Jammer yellow hammer give em HELL ALABAMA
A ttown classic. Have to go
Wow, I was surprised. Right next to the stadium and fantastic. We went during spring break, so guessing slower than normal. There is a straight to reward menu which you walk to the counter to order, then they bring to you. We all ordered cheeseburgers. Though standard toppings, they were as good or better than the gourmet joints popping up everywhere.
MoreCame early on game day for breakfast and coffee with my husband. Did not disappoint. The atmosphere was great with all the Roll Tide memorabilia collected throughout the years. Great location across the street from the stadium but more important, Gary the former owner and the new owner Michael were wonderful, friendly and helpful as well as the rest of the staff. Will be back :)
MoreGood food with good prices that comes out quick. And you can't beat the atmosphere
MoreOrdered 5 separate orders and recieved them all in just two bags. All the burgers were in one bag and all the fries were in the other. We were just five minutes down the road and by the time we returned to the house to eat our burgers were smushed all to hell and back. Sauce was coming out of the side and my moms burger was as flat as a balloon. We paid $60 or so. Ridiculous. Also our fries were completely soggy and gross.
MoreFood was ok but they overcharged by 13 dollars. I watched the manager type in the wrong amount then when called out he said it must have charged twice. When I called him out on his lie he says I have no idea how that happened and would only refund me in cash (no option for credit) once I showed him my pending charge and the receipt he gave me minutes before. After asking around this is a pretty common occurrence. The headache wasn’t worth the average food.
MoreWe went there early Saturday morning before the game. Place was crowded. But, we were able to order quickly and find a seat. We ordered eggs, sausage, and bacon. Everything was cooked properly and order was accurate. The staff was very friendly. It’s a fun place to walk around and look at Memorabilia. Had seen the place featured on TV several times so I stopped by when I was in town the morning of the Ole Miss/Bama game. It was everything I hoped for! Can’t wait to come back!
MoreIt's an undeniable classic. The food is ok, but you go for the location and the atmosphere. An unrivaled tradition.
